they do have costum hands, just use the hands that are in the summer, assasin or ctf edition.
there is just 1 small problem when trying to let the playermodels have the same weapons on your enemies or teammates (vwep). its pretty difficult to make sure it animates the vweps of md3 format, just because the animations are hardcoded, so youll have to change the sourcecode or have to convert everything from .md3 to .md5 when it comes to vwep...
