I always admired your style, therefore you know all those good things. I'll just be quick and tell you what you should fix:
-that ambient is too blue, it looks a little unnatural(like there's UV lights illuminating everything), try /ambient 20 10 30
-you have some geometry errors in places where the railings connect to the walls
-what's with the noclips in the top floors?

anyway.. besides all that.. you need to reduce your wtr, keep practicing and you'll get it.

I totally like this map. There are some weird noclipped walls but you can fix that easily.
too bad it's not optimized for gameplay... :(

As a first map, I'd say that you've made a masterpiece: very beautiful, detailed architecture (I especially like the windows and gates, also the braziers look awesome). Lighting is pretty good on the external part, as it blends well with the skybox and creates that "nocturnal feeling". On the opposite, I'd say that the internal lights are way bright and basic (chromatically). Same with the interior's detail, which is crude and bland, compared with the wonderful harmony of the outside. The textures you've used on the walls could be replaced with better ones: there's a huge choice of ancient-looking textures on the tabs after the first two (which seem to be ignored by the most of the people).

Although this level is not meant to be played, it would look even better if you'd add surrounding hills, or just a slightly rough terrain to keep realism, which breaks otherwise, when you look below from the highest parts of the map. Nice first attempt: I'm sure that soon you'll be able to create hi-quality content also suitable for gameplay. 8/10 :)

The visual impression of the map is beautiful, yet it's good you flagged it purely "Artistic" - your stairs are terrible to go down, the ones like in the forefront of the lower-right screenshot make my head hurt ;-) .. and the one on that guard-tower makes me fly off the tower on descent.
The whole walk-through-walls thing seems to be a central theme here too - even to the extent you left some noclip material in archways you didn't block with a door - and there's a lot of tiny nooks and secret rooms you just stumble into although there's often nothing on the wall to indicate it (which may well be intentional) - the best used instance of this (IMHO) was the water-tower.
