I'm curious though if you got permission to modify the default blood texture. From http://sauerbraten.org/README.html#license:

Very nice, I exceptionaly praise the consistancey of the blood splatter.
Pros: great replacement for the bland original blood splatter and looking horrific and sickening like blood should.
Cons: the splatter seems too compact, i would have loved to have seen something like this > http://image.fpsbanana.com/ss/sprites/202.jpg
Improvements: none realy, It's a wonderful replacement that has brought a new edge to killing people in sauer.
