Texture blending made blocks turn invisible

I have moved on to texture blending. I have moved on to experiencing more problems.

In the .cfg I wrote one of the textures to have a second blend layer on it. I proceeded to blend textures, but I realized this texture was everywhere so I was blending when I didn't want to. So in the .cfg I removed the "texlayer" line to make it a basic texture.

When I went back to the map, the texture had somehow 'blended' with the invisible blocks. I tried /clearblendmap and /clearpvs, as well as optimizing geometry (should that help..). I have also found that when I edit the blocks the texture is on (pushing it, then pushing it to the normal shape, for instance) this problem goes away.

Any ideas? I don't want to push every single block, or copy-paste. There must be some direct way of dealing with the problem.

interresting, but can i ask how u make a second texture layer (whats the command of it?)

can i ask to, is it possible to use texscroll at a texture layer, or just on both textureslayers?

/showblendmap also should work

tried texscroll on blend
it works!
it looks weird but it works :S rather use it on technical/futuristic tex then terrain

since this can be done over vertical surfaces, you could scroll a rather large "magical wall" texture on another and make it wooho xD

it scrolls on the places it got textures.. it never actually moves the texture.. it only moves the picture on the cube xD

another question: is it possible to make the 2nd texlayer "shake", by using something like this:
sleep 100 [texscroll 1]
sleep 100 [texscroll -1]
?

nice idea xD but you need to spam that i guess.. you can even change textures during gameplay with scripts.. redon for example got one in his map lost.

worked.. but it always returns to the first position when changing direction.

shake = loop x 1 [sleep 100 [texscroll 1]; sleep 100 [texscroll -1]; loop x 1 [shake]]
would that work? before the command completes it would start looping again. i think. never actually tried it but you get the idea

loop execs the same thing at the SAME time you cant put sleep in loop
but there are ways to do a commandspam

i made a script for that
