The map looks pretty cool so far.

I like the 'gloomy' lighting and I think it could be fun on tosok. The layout works out good.
Although I´m absolutly not a fan of any gothic-related thing (neither games, nor music...), I like the idea.

I would try to create a more gothic-like architecture. Don´t get me wrong, I see that you already did so, but there could be more... I just have a picture of an old cathedral on my mind... However, some other textures could support the athmosphere, too. Those common brick-textures don´t really fit, in my opinion.

Actually it´s rather a sauerbraten-theme, but handling it as a fun map is ok to me, as long people keep the AC-gameplay in mind, what you definitely did.

This looks good so far, want to play it on osok! Nice and open, but not to open. Though it could use some more work in textured, detail, and maybe a little more lighting.

Lets say thankgod it's the beta version :P All it basically is so far is the layout, lights, a few crates and minor detail.

I agree the lights are a little /too/ dark, that is the theme obviously, but it's been set too well. For now I'd just turn up gamma by about 30 if theres any problems.

The cathedral is a nice idea, I actually had it in mind about halfway through the map but forgot about it. I'll see what i can do with that.

The textures a bit plain, that is true. I didn't want to make a whole range of textures presentable to see. Perhaps i can look into finding custom textures?

I´m making some textures this time, which I may need for my next map(s). I could send you about two ore three brick/wall textures which may fit into your theme. ...if you want. :)

I like it as an osok or a dm map,
but it's not Gothic enough to be gothic at all.
No little gothic details at all,
just large areas of arched ceilings, which are nice nonetheless.

Add some more Arches, think skeletal, ribcage, and some pointy details on low walls.

Its pretty good, and I liked the skymap. Some new textures would definintely help. The crates seemed kinda randomly scattered and out of place. The lights were also kinda dark, making it a map for lots of corner campers. Its a good map, but needs to be improved. I give a 3/5.

To everyone else: I appreciate your comments. I've already said lights need to be fixed. Yes it needs more detailing and gothic feel.

The textures I had in mind don´t really fit into the theme. Actually they wouldn´t change much of the appearance of the map, because they weren´t 'designed' for a theme like this...
